Return and Refund Policy

At The Flower Bar, every bouquet and product is handcrafted with care. Because our items are perishable and custom-made, most sales are final. However, we always want our customers to love their experience with us.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Fresh flowers and custom floral arrangements
  • Perishable items such as plants or food-based gifts
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Eligible Returns

We may accept returns or exchanges on select non-perishable gift items or décor within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back for approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll happily provide a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet been prepared or shipped. Same-day floral orders cannot be canceled once design or delivery has begun.
