● Site Visit to ceremony and reception venue prior to the wedding to develop a floor plan and discuss decor and event flow
● Creating a wedding timeline for couple
● Directing the rehearsal
● Distribution of any last-minute payments or gratuities
● Distribute items for formal departure; direct guests to departure area;
ensure transportation is ready
● Unlimited phone calls, Texts, and emails
● 2 In person consultations (site visit and final consultation; additional
consultations may be added)
● Up to 7 hours on the day of; Additional time may be added
